Auto-reply to comments on your Facebook Page's posts/reels, or to replies on your Page's stories, based on keyword matching. Mirrors Instagram's content automation feature-for-feature.

Posts / Reels Automation — Creating a Rule​

A 3-step wizard, same shape as Instagram's:

Step 1 — Select Page & Media​

Pick the connected Page (if you have more than one), then select a specific post or reel from a grid pulled live from your Page — the rule applies to that exact item only.

Step 2 — Name & Keywords​

  • Name (required).
  • Keywords (required, at least one) — comma-separated, case-insensitive substring match.

Step 3 — Replies​

  • Public reply message (required) — posted as a visible reply under the comment.
  • Private reply message (required) — sent as a Messenger DM.

Stories Automation — Creating a Rule​

No media picker — applies to all of your Page's stories:

  • Name
  • Keywords
  • Reply message — sent as a Messenger DM on a keyword match.

Managing Rules​

Toggle to activate/deactivate, or delete. No in-place edit for keywords/messages — delete and recreate to change wording.

How It Behaves at Runtime​

When someone comments on the selected post/reel with a matching keyword, Whoxa CRM posts the public reply, then attempts a Messenger private reply (falling back to a regular DM if the one-time private-reply shortcut isn't available for that commenter). The Page's own comments are skipped to avoid reply loops. Story replies with a matching keyword trigger a normal DM with your configured reply message.
